A refurbished device only delivers value if it stays in service. Coverage terms and engineering support are agreed in writing as part of every order.

Standard cover

Devices ship with a warranty period agreed in writing for each transaction. Length depends on equipment type, condition grade, and supplier.

What's covered

Component failures attributable to the refurbishment process or supplied condition. Replacement parts or device exchange where appropriate.

Engineering support

Remote support for installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting through our supplier engineering teams.

Spare parts

Continued access to compatible spare parts and consumables through the same European supplier network.

Exclusions

Damage from improper installation, misuse, environmental factors, or third-party servicing falls outside standard cover.
